  I purchased a wood burning stove off this company about three weeks ago and the service I received was brilliant in every way very very helpfull and friendly. We live in a Park Home and as they do not install wood burning stoves in Park Homes they recommended we contact David Knowles Wood Burners which we did.This company is also brilliant the two chaps that came Matthew & Keven were very helpfull most efficient and clean and tidy workers and did every thing they said they would . Ten out of Ten two both companies John M Bracey.

  Recently had a problem with my multi-fuel fire and boiler which has left me with no heat or hot water. Although manufacturers would not help as out of guarantee Norfolk Stoves replaced complete fire free of charge. My wife and I cannot thank them enough for the really excellent customer service and would recommend them to any one wanting to purchase a woodburner. Well done Norfolk stoves. Martin and Denise Bolton.
